The war file fuseki3.war has been installed into Greenstone3's
tomcat webapps directory.  If you access your GS3 install
as:
    http://localhost:8383/greenstone3/library

then your Fuseki triple-store/SPARQL endpoint will be:
    http://localhost:8383/fuseki3/index.html

For a collection to store its metadata in the triple-store, add the following
line to its collectionConfig.xml:

  <search type="jenaTDB" orthogonal="true"/>
