Result of running:

  cd .. && ./GET-WEKA.sh && cd jars
# (needs to be run in directory where it is)

which downloads Weka zip file from SourceForce,
unzips it and copies its weka.jar to here. 

Weka jar currently v3.8.4 (most stable release at time of writing)
