We've moved to using strawberry to build a strawberry-perl-with-cpan (the cpan packages GS uses) and grabbing that for the release-kit.
It's grabbed from https://trac.greenstone.org/browser/main/trunk/gs2-extensions/perl-with-cpan
and is still a strawberry-perl for 32 bit and without USE_64_BIT_INT (what we used to call strawberry-perl32no64).

It's informally still a "strawberry-perl32no64" (strawberry-perl for 32 bit but without USE_64_BIT_INT).

DEPRECATED 24/04/2025:
The strawberry perl we use for GS located at http://trac.greenstone.org/browser/main/trunk/release-kits/shared/windows/perl.zip?rev=head
is referred to as strawberry-perl32no64.
